Zero. Started as Publishing Manager in 2017 and transitioned to Publishing Director in 2018.

Developed the TradeAway PC/Android game for a client. My role encompassed both game
development in Unity with C# and art assets/animations/vfx.
I stood responsible for the recruitment process, Human Resources Management and everyday
affairs of Namida Diamond Factory Oulu Office. I also coordinated with marketing department
and helped design marketing materials and copy.
